Wandering Tent: Round & Round the Mulberry Bush
But it was an incredible tent...
Wind was a HUGE reason for the second tent move to this location. It was super strong and would smack up against the side of the tent throughout the day. I didn't think the tent poles could hold up long term. .
The tent was big enough to keep the furry friend happy, for awhile anyway. .
The red ants, black ants in the field in the last tent location just would not let up. Too many crawling visitors getting in through the seams, no matter how much "seam solution" I applied. We had to pack up & move again. This was the last tent location (seen below) and the birds seemed to love perching on the "roof". Little did they know who was watching underneath.
In the Winter (well, even now) the freezing water on the face is a super wakeup call!. Luxurious port-a-potty in far, far background.
This camp-out in the sparsely decorated tiny house went well until 5AM the next morning. Whatever tarp roof cover the builders had on the roof, let go and (without fail) it came down right on my face. We did not try that again until Spring.
Final tent location. Prettier when framed in "temporary" Fall colors. Not as temporary as I had planned at the start of this build adventure. .
